Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office Welcomes New Colleague

Jackson Wong joined the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Washington, D.C. as Assistant Director-General.

Jackson joined the Civil Service of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 1991.  Being a member of the Trade Officer Grade, he has served in the Trade and Industry Department and InvestHK.

Owing to the job nature, Jackson has extensive traveling experiences in Asia from Moscow to Singapore, in Europe from Oslo to Geneva, in America from Vancouver to Santiago.  Around 10 years ago, he came to Washington once for meetings with U.S. Customs for a few days.  Now, he will be staying at Washington for three years.

Jackson loves various X-games including diving, snowboarding and wakeboarding, etc.  Nevertheless, he also enjoys the less exciting golf game having chats and fun with friends towards the green.
