Higher Education Employment Information e-Platform

This dedicated site offers employment support for persons with higher education experience, particularly Hong Kong students educated at overseas institutions, the second generation of Hong Kong emigrants, as well as persons from overseas with higher academic and professional qualifications. Quality Migrant Admission

The Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) is Hong Kong’s primary entrant program for overseas skilled and talented individuals to settle and work in Hong Kong. Successful applicants are not required to have secured an offer of local employment before their entry to Hong Kong. They may bring in their spouse or the other party to a civil union, as well as unmarried dependent children under the age of 18.
